Love the game, BUT

I bought a YAK and never received it? It took me a long time to get the coins for that, and I lost all those coins. I refuse to be come a member, for the reason of it not working all the time! Until you fix the bugs,

I think it should be all free. I have asked there support to get me my YAK I bought but they dont get back to me. It is rather boring trying to win gems. It doesnt work for me to either view a video or do one of those other things, never has worked.
