Not fair

Purchased in app membership and now not getting the benefits (lost extra gems)!!! Since the update it keeps bouncing me out soon as it loads. Please fix and credit back what Ive lost, I enjoy this game and want to continue to play but I want my money that I paid to be credited back if this doesnt work anymore!!!
